The company DOES NOT stand behind their products. I'm being asked to return a product from a year ago (yes), that I reported a significant reaction to. When I first called in March 2022, I asked if they wanted the product back - they said no. They refuse to issue replacement coupons, (even though they said they would in 2 separate phone calls), and don't believe I had a reaction. Why on earth would I waste my time calling them than? I wasted $39.99 on a sub-par product that was heavily fragranced. Now I understand why a lot of dermatologists do not recommend Olay.

@barbis9 seems the Olay Company flip flopped on their need for you to return the product in order to get the refund or replacement coupons from them.
Sucks that your interaction with them was on the telephone and not through email where you would have been able to forward them proof of what they initially
promised regarding sending the product back. The only choice you have now is to never buy their stuff again.
