Streaming channel on smart tvs. Our Roku set has random streaming channels pop up now and then. Most recently a bunch of (3 digit) streaming channels got added to our over the air channels but without a number pad on the remote control , I had to hide many channels (Settings on home screen) to keep the clicking around manageable for us and Mom.

My brother has been accessing TUBI on and off for the past few months. I find the ads annoying (volume is almost twice that of the volume of show or movie).
Maybe the volume is to help wake up anyone who fell asleep or needs a commercial break (to do the dishes, use the restroom, etc.)?

I have not explored all the shows but am not a big fan of all the metal music documentaries or war stories.
