I try to contact an agent and told to submit inquiry but there is never any follow up or if there is a follow up, it takes weeks and by then I can't even remember what the issue was - there have been multiple points not given for personalized and instore offers. When I do get an agent, they either can't locate the offer, which is clearly showing in my app, or give me the runaround with 2-5 business days and have to escalate to a specialist.

Any suggestions?
