P&G Brandsaver Walmart Gift Cards

My family and I do a lot of surveys on the P&G Brandsaver accounts and we are able to redeem for $5 egift cards for Walmart. You can only use them instore on P&G products.

OK, I went to my local Walmart to purchase Tide Pods and the gift cards are not valid. So, I went to the P&G website and they say that if there is an issue with the Walmart gift cards, to call Walmart. I called Walmart, and the rep will need to escalate the problem since this is not the first time this has happened.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had an issue when I purchased dove from WM with promo for GC. No GC - called both Unilever and WM. Emails back and forth. Sent receipt. Got the run around. No one wanted to take responsibility. I think it was a WM issue since its advertised at their store No resolution. I rarely shop at WM anymore.

Just my guess the cashier is trying to redeem your whole purchase on your $5 gift card.Just tell cashier redeem $5.00 gif card then tell her you have another way to pay the rest of your purchase.

Had to call Walmart three times, got an email asking for proof of purchase of the GC. Since I did not "purchase" them but redeemed my points, I had to explain this to them again and again and again.

I also sent another email to P&G suggesting that they stop using Walmart GC as a redemption option since Walmart does not honour the GCs.

P&G and Walmart are pissing me off so much!! I am beginning to hate them.
