It's the buy 3 of these brands and get $4 off (and then it lists like Charmin, Mr. Clean, Tide, etc.) - the same coupon most people have been using to get overage from Toilet Seat Covers.

Found some in London. The coupon was in the brand saver, expires end of this month. They also had some great deals on Lysol 3 packs. Got 3 bottles for 1.75!!!
