You also benefit from a 24-hour telephone Travel Assistance Service, wherever you are and for the duration of your trip. See the Insurance Policy (PDF format, 557 KB). It contains all travel insurance conditions and exclusions. Read closely the section regarding the restrictions, exclusions and limitations for pre-existing illnesses and injuries. If your trip lasts more than three days, you must extend your coverage for the entire duration of your trip for the complimentary offer to apply.

Leaving for more that three days?
Have your Travel Insurance coverage extended* and only pay an insurance premium for the additional days of coverage for the entire duration of your trip. In addition, a minimum premium to cover administrative expenses must be paid whenever coverage is extended.

On the subject of travel insurance, be very careful and read the stability period clause! If you have had a change of medication (increase or decrease or new medication) for say, blood pressure, within the stability period, they won`t pay if you have a stroke or heart attack. In some policies the stability period is quite long so be careful!
