We ate this guy a couple nights ago!
    Yum, Alaskan King Crab..
We arrived to dinner a tad late, but there were actually two of them!
The staff were nice enough to bring one out though, once they saw me take out my camera. lol A+ for service. Each crab was made into two separate dishes.

I'm going to make vegan meatballs in a few mins to have later. No recipe really just experimenting a bit.

1 cup tvp (re-hydrated in 3/4 cup boiling water. Will let sit 10 mins to absorb the water. Then I'll mix in onion salt, garlic, soy sauce, thyme, Italian seasoning, pepper, seasoning salt and couple tbsp of gluten flour. Form into meatballs and fry in olive oil in a pan. I have no idea how these will turn out as this is just me screwing around, lol.

We are having Thai chicken with asparagus, broccoli, peppers and bean sprouts served over rice. MMMMMMMMmmmmmm can't wait. I am so excited about food this week, cause I actually get to eat some, LOL! I hope to be back in the kitchen cooking by next week.

My afternoon nap went kinda late since I wasn't feeling great, so plans for supper changed, and my son helped me out. Sauteed ground beef with onions and mushrooms, added to two packages of KD. Was very good, and Milan was happy to have another recipe under his belt as he did the actual cooking.

Sounds good, While in high school I was in the food prep classes (and we made all the school lunches) something we made at school for lunch that the students really seemed to like. Ground beef, macaroni, peas and tomato sauce, lol. Wow kids ate it up like there was no tomorrow especially for $1.00 each, lol.

I'm making this seitan recipe right now and its simmering as I type. I will use it tonight and pan fry it. I will be able to tell you all what it was like then. (I actually cut a small piece when it was done cooking and I'm pleasantly surprised, lol.)

I am running out of ideas of what to make for dinner, so I'm going with an old stand by.

I've simmered a pot of reppin' stew,
& I'm gonna share it will all of you,
It's got parsnips, potatoes, carrots & beans,
Some tomatoes, snap peas & collard greens
Red peppers, green peppers & garlic galore,
& you can’t buy this stew in your grocery store,
I’ve added lots of onions that were evenly diced,
& a slew of seasonings to keep it spiced,
Some corn, some chick peas & some guy peas too,
& the secret ingredient, if you only knew!
