To Enter: Enter in one of the following ways: Visit the www.ford.ca web site, click on the DO YOU HAVE THE WINNING EDGE? button and complete all mandatory contest fields on the online contest entry form, including name, address, and e-mail address, and submit the entry by clicking "Submit"; or complete all mandatory contest fields on the contest entry form at kiosks located across Canada including but not limited to, the following Canadian Auto Shows: Montreal (January 19, 2007 – January 28, 2007), Toronto (February 15, 2007 – February 24, 2007, Edmonton (March 1, 2007 – March 4, 2007), Quebec City (March 5, 2007 – March 11, 2007), Calgary (March 14, 2007 – March 18, 2007), Ottawa (March 22, 2007 – March 25, 2007) and Vancouver (March 30, 2007 – April 8, 2007) including name, address and e-mail address. 2. Contest Eligibility and Close Date: The contest is open only to residents of Canada, and excludes all employees (current and retired) of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, its advertising and promotional agencies, contest judging organization, prize suppliers, and their parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, representatives, and agents ("Contest Sponsors") and those with whom they are domiciled. Entrants under the age of majority are eligible to win the prize described herein, provided the winning entrant's parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on his or her behalf. To be eligible, entries must be received no later than 12:00 midnight EST on July 3 2007, the contest close date. One entry per person during the contest regardless of the mode of entry (web or kiosk). In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address in question. Authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.



Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded in Canada consisting of a two-year lease, of a 2007 Ford Edge SEL (AWD) with standard equipment, approximate value is $16,725.00 Canadian dollars, including freight costs, pre-delivery inspection charges, and taxes; based on manufacturer’s suggested retail price (the “Prize”).
