Hi Kelly, so...I think my nails aren't working out too well...should I just keep filing the top until they grow out? I'm worried my nails will be very thin if I just file them off completely.

I got the warning that my mouth may have a gross taste or my body might feel tingly, but not that I may have a pee-my-pants sensation - I was in the waiting room when it happened so about 90% of the people waiting got to see me grab my crotch. Was good times haha
