If you have 5+ referrals

They actually only have had 19 opportunities per their forums, some people are seeing differing amounts of opportunities available. They're working on fixing it.

And I'm really sorry they're not getting back to you hun, they have gotten back to me pretty much within a couple hours by using the "Support" link...did you provide them with the email address of the person that signed up under you? I had a problem with getting credit for 01kipper signing up but it was fixed quickly when I gave them his email address and name.

Surveys show up when you log in, at the top it will have the opportunities you can complete, if there's nothing at the moment it will tell you so.
