I hope so too. But I usually find plenty of something to spend my money on. And whenever I've run out, I always say "why didn't I buy more"?

i showed up at the one about a yr ago at the intl ctr... oh my the lineup was freakin long!

i just hopped in my car and left.

whenever i see the prices from the sale i kind of think to myself that i can get the same deals, most often better, if i just coupon as i normally do.

for anyone that goes, be prepared for looong lineups that reach around to the other side of a conference center

who knows tho, for some ppl it might just be a chance to leave the kids with hubby and spend a day out w/o the kids... to some it might just be like a mini vacation! lol

Don't forget - there's no tax either. And the money goes to a good cause. But you definitely need to pack your patience for this sale. There's a long line up to get in (as Anisa says) and a line up at the cash. But if there's no line up, it's probably not a good sale.

so I must have registered for emails from them last year when I went because I got an email asking to be a volunteer. It does say in the email that it is at the International Centre, Hall 6 (as usual).

It also says it is starting from Wed May 9th to Sunday May 13th. Most likely for the public it is from Sat to Sun. I assume the OP is correct with the times.

Last year they had the Braun Series Clean & Renew 3 Packs (which are normaly over $23.00 ea. + tax) for $5.00 (no tax) - (what a deal). I bought about a dozen of them. With my husband & son both using them I figured this would do them for a few years.

Hi everybody The info in my OP is correct. Sale is open to the public from 11 a.m. on Saturday (you can line up before that).

Thanks pwaqui for confirming the location. I only know I will be there

It is definiltely on! You won't see a lot of info out there as they are not permitted to advertise it anymore. Too much hassle from the big box stores.

    Hey justin,
Who were you? We arrived at the same time, when the employees were let in, we were waiting in the front. I was with a baby (in a stroller), I think there were like 10 women ahead of us. We were the last people who were let in with the first batch of the "public" at 10.30. We were out and in the car at 11.00

Not sure how great I thought the sale was. Hardly any diapers, the only boxes were the 4-5T - some sizes had the plastic bags of diapers, wipes were sold out by the time we were in.

    Some stuff we picked up;
    - Big Tide + bonus downy $12
    - pampers splashers $7
    - crackers $1
    - pringles $1
    - herbal essences $2 or 2 big bottles $12
    - toblerone $2
    - ivory 16 bars $8

I did not find the volunteers that friendly at all. Makes me wonder if it are employees that "have" to work there, wonder how their attitude will progress as the crowds get bigger.
