Thread: Lego City Party Ideas
-
Sun, May 13th, 2012, 11:11 PM #1
So last year I was too sick for Zachery to have a party (kidney stones) so this year were going all out. I am doing lego city themed.
I have already gotten in a part pack and invites for lego city.
I also ordered a custom lego cake
balloon arrangement ordered
I live in a small area, there isnt many halls to rent but I am still trying to find one. I was thinking about setting up a lego table where the kids can build and play. Other then that I don't know what else to do to keep the kids content. Apparently if you want to send the invites to the school you have to invite everyone? (Omg) lol.
Any ideas what else we can do to keep the kids occupied?
Anything else lego themed thats cheap?

I echo Pinterest, actually I think I have that Lego party idea saved in my own file because someone had an entire Lego theme.

I'm thinking spraypainting empty boxes, like boxes from the Liquor Store and empty cans and glueing them together as side tables. What about the various lego "sets" themes. How old are the kids? Maybe the Lego company itself would send you some of their "Lego Club" catelogues (my nephew spends lots of time looking at these.) Maybe if you go to the Lego Land site on the internet, you might get some ideas. How about a contest to build the strongest bridge with a certain number of bricks. I'll keep thinking.

guess blind-folding them and scattering large numbers of Lego bricks on the floor, removing their shoes and let them find as many brincks as possible, isn't a good idea??
You could call the game " What your mother goes through everytime you play with Lego"....
Short answer : no Long answer : NOOOOOOOOOOO!
