Help! Please and thank-you!

Hi! I love this site, but finding it a bit tricky to do some things. I posted a trade and updated it, thinking it would bump it to the top of the list but it didn't, lol. Also, I am really trying to change the title of my post. I can edit the post but can't change my title. And I have icons that others don't, (a green arrow, no newbie icon, and closed envelope) not sure how to add or change these items. I have read through the FAQ and newbie section but can't find my answers. If anyone can help point me in the right direction it would be great.

Title -

1. Click edit
2. Click "Go Advance"

once that opens you should be able to change your title

Icons -

Don't think you can change the envelope

1. it probably said newbie because it was your first post
2. first thread should have a closed envelope as you just posted it
3. green arrow means someone has replied in your thread
