Get yourself to a cosmetic counter with a saleslady our age. She'll fix you up.

I'm older than you and still turn the odd head or two. I dress well, use age appropriate cosmetics, and carry myself with pride. At our stage of life we should aim for quality over quantity in cosmetics and accesories, etc.

The invisible thing, oh yes, in some stores I could have a heart attack before they notice me. But hey, I have the disposable income to be able to afford what I want, you just have to find the person who will appreciate you and be loyal to them.

Carry yourself with pride and dignity. It works. If you droop, people don't want to know you.

I'm 55 but most people still think I'm in my 40's or yournger, which is OK with me.
I have a husband who adores me, and I adore him,
I have 4 grandchildren who I adore, and I wouldn't trade them or my life right now for the world.
I don't have the energy I used to, so I stopped trying to pretend I'm 20 and act my age.
I can still do what I used to, it just takes me a little longer.
I never wore make-up, nor was I ever a head-turner, but I've been told that I have a great smile and my laughter is contagious.
I colour my hair, carry myself with pride and I'm happier than I've every been.

It could be a matter of hormone imbalance. Get yourself to an anti-aging physician or naturopath. They can work wonders with natural hormones. I am 54 and and feel wonderful, vibrant and sexy! I still have a ton of estrogen coursing through my body, but I supplement with progesterone now. My Dh can hardly keep up with me(but has fun trying!)

We have to admit that mentality plays an absolutely important role in our life.
