Chunks Ahoy Pecan

My review is on the Chunks Ahoy Pecan cookies that come in the new Snack n' Seal package. I was craving some yummy cookies and my local Safeway has them on sale this week for 2 for $6. They come in 300g pack sizes, a smaller size than the regular Chunks Ahoy.

Given the packaging though and the bold letters declaring Pecans on the front I decided to throw out my thrifty ways and buy them anyhow!

Yeah, not so good! The pecans are such small pieces that they are easily missed and I'm not kidding but they taste a little stale. Also I counted and there are only 18 cookies in the package. I may even write a note to Kraft about it!

I do like how they open however. They have a pull top that re-seals to keep them fresh and you aren't fighting to pull out the tray of cookies and put them back because you just reach in a pull them out from the tray. Very handy.

So on the whole, two stars out of five.

I love these cookies!! My dad works at Kraft and I get the bags for $1. I always get them , try the almond ones aswell!!!
