Yep....for both. I think they sent them all out a while back because quite a few people are complaining on their FB page. They don't seem to have the best customer service though because it appears most posters aren't actually getting any answers/help. I was so looking forward to this one

I posted about mine and my moms not showing up, and after giving them my address and whatnot, they said my my info wasn't in their database. I've noticed through watching FB that they're telling quite a few people that.....probably people who entered when the site was all glitchy
