I got the same survey in my email this morning!
I filled out a Pharmacy survey I got from them on Oct 3... and still no gift card?
Anyone know how long it takes for them to arrive? I tried emailing [email protected] and it bounces back saying "undeliverable":shrug:

I recently got a $10 e-gift card for a survey I did so long ago I had forgotten about it.. Everytime I've completed a survey I've gotten a GC for it but the most recent took forever to come...
I did the fertility survey a while back and didn't get the $10 Chapter's e-gc for about 6-7 weeks after.
