Hopefully everyone has managed to snag a couple of those $2 off/$1 off save.ca coupons and managed to get them on sale for $2. Sdm and atlantic superstore were taking turns promoting this product. Now I can't find it on sale anywhere. But i'm patient. I will wait them out.
Am so glad the days of using men's shaving foam is long past. Was so happy when the women's products finally hit the market. And now they are forever improving them.
normally retailing about 3.29-3.99, the gillette satin care comes in:
aluring avocado
melon splash
oceania
radiant apricot
vanilla dream
wild berry
just a note, the only way they could improve on this now is to actually make it edible..but then we'd only be able to find it in adult XXX stores..
back to the review..
I am using the Alluring Avocado right now, and it comes outs like a gel, and foams up alot. I always end up wasting some. i mean, a little goes a long way..down one leg..up the next..you get the idea. this stuff is concentrated!!!!
Now i have no clue what an avocado is supposed to smell like. Oh i know what the dang thing is, i just never bought one before. or have eaten one for that matter. But this shave gel smells like melons. so maybe melon splash smells like avocado?
not sure if i wanna leave the house to go out into public smelling like carmen miranda.. but if it's free..i'll deal with it. i mean, it does a great job, everything is nice and smoooooth.
but i think i'll stick to maybe oceania next time. something that goes with the rest of the scents i'm using. otherwise i'll end up smelling like

what's everyones favourite scent?!
lol.
im stuck with a lot of alluring avocado, which I acutally love, but I've used the sensitive skin type before and it was just so-so.
avocados and melons are making me hungry...with Wagjag(http://www.wagjag.com/?wid=b6d767d2f8ed5d21a44b0e5886680cb9), I've saved @ Umbra store, Windsor Arms Hotel (Afternoon Tea), Fairmont Royal York Hotel Library Bar, Wanda's Pie in the Sky, Hero Burgers, Menchies Frozen Yogurt, AND Curves Fitness! YOU CAN TOO!

I haven't tried that yet. I bought the one for dry skin with silk - I don't want to smell like a fruit salad.

I love this product and if you feel like you have too many you can use it on the bathroom mirror, helps prevent it from getting all fogged when you have a shower

I am using the Berry one right now and it reminds me of cheap candy but it does a great job and you only need a little.
I think I will stick to the vanilla one in the future though

Did these go back to $3.13 at walmart? They were that much at my local one. I didn't bother buying any with the $2 off. Are they still under $2 anywhere? zellers? superstore?
