MMM.. I love shepards pie.. Its my I'm lazy and forgot to thaw soem meat for dinner meal... I make it with lean groudn beef though, I cook the beef with a little french onion soup mix.. Make some packaged mashed potatos, put the beef in the pan, then frozen veggies, then some cheese then the potatos, more cheese. Cover and cook for about 30-45min at 350
mmm
I also sometimes make some gravy on the side.. It tastes like it took alot longer...

Just a note, as long as it's made from lamb, or any wild meat it is classed Shepard's Pie, if made out of ground beef, they call it cottage pie. Darn picky hubby has to inform me of this each time I make it. Thanks for the link, sounds good.

Yummy I love Shepherd's Pie. I make mine just with ground beef, potatoes and kernel corn with cheese on top.
Making it with lamb is the real original way of having it though.
