Wow.. I order 3 books from them when because of the low points (still waiting for them) However, if I have to pay I will be sending them back also. I remember how happy I was to reach 1million points earlier this year, now im wondering, whats going on with points&prizes, is the site is slowly going to closed? Note the lack of prizes, updates etc.

I have spent 2 years entering words and never redeemed. I was going to get some prizes for Christmas this year. I sure hope I haven't wasted all that time because there is no way I am paying shipping for prizes.

I haven't been charged *yet* and I almost emtied my account on books. I am worried about this new direction that P&P is going to go to in September and may cut out. No fun, way too much work, prizes suck.

well UPS came again today - I sent back the box of books (I think 5 or 6) and then I also have a single book in an envelope which had not duty so I took that one.
I've decided P&P isn't worth it for me to do anymore. Like ThreeMonster'sMom said it's way too much work and the prizes do suck. I'm going back to work (full time) the end of August and with 4 kids it's better to cut some of the rewards programs that are too much work now rather than later.Collecting Campbell's soup labels for our school RAKs greatly appreciated.

Does UPS tell you upfront when delivered that you owe? Or after the fact? I received a shipment today that I signed for and I didn't owe anything. This was the largest order I have gotten and am now worried as I threw out the packaging.
Also what is this about points for videos? What videos? What kind of points?Zoombucks are back: Please consider using my link to sign up again: https://zoombucks.com/?ref=IIHO0L

Got My orders today, UPS didn't give me an invoice (this time).
Sorry, for your problems, scrapbookingoasis. If they give you the books, they shouldn't be asking for money!
But the bad news, PnP didn't include all the books I ordered.
Hopefully they will refund the points!

Thanks for the new words!
scrapbookingoasis that really sucks about your books, getting hit with charges It really is disappointing first to have that happen when you've worked so long for the points and then got a great points deal on the books, and then second to not even know whether you'll have charges from one order to another. I wonder if the charges are going to come up mostly on bigger packages, rather than just one or two items? Either way it's disappointing and more work for you to send them back.
I do agree with others that the program isn't looking too good right now, and yes they've announced changes coming, but we really don't know if they will be great changes or nothing better that what we have now. I'm more worried about them adding more restrictions to p&p. It's such a bummer. I do think that it's become more a place to get book prizes (at least for canadians, because of charges on larger items). I'm good with that because I love books, but it's still good to know upfront if the rewards program is going to be worth it or not.
I agree totally with coolcatzz about Swagbucks. I've earned quite a lot in amazon giftcards and was also able to use them for a lot of christmas gifts these last couple of years. I've never regretted joining, or the small amount of work it takes.
The big downside now with P&P having these issues, if some people leave, are we going to need a new thread here on SC for "Former P&P members" just so we can still keep up with eachother?
