Yay. I got my 3 x 75 Pepsico promos. I just wish I had bought more of those little BBQ minis, caramel choc ricecakes & popcorn flavoured one as my 3 yrs old is starting to eat rice cakes again. Not much in this week's flyer, but have to agree with OperaBob that the cherries were good & a good deal. I also managed to buy the lemon meringue pie ($5.99) & got 20 airmiles. I did notice the Chlorox wipes AM deal, but I still have about 10 tubs of Huggies (pretty well free if you had a coupon from No Frills deal earlier this year) wipes that I use for cleaning. For the Greenworks AM deal there is also a $1. coupon that came out a few mths ago.

I bought 7 six packs over 3 shops no problem.

Coke, is so-so, Cherry I'd skip. Have yet to try the Ginger Ale. Sweetener still has a way to go.

PS: I bought a bottle of wine with AirMiles last night. Will tell all later.

Went away for the weekend and the BW we stayed at had a liquor store attached and they allowed you to charge purchases to the room.

    AirMiles paid for the wine!

I am not sure if somebody mention this but in page 5, Campbell soups are 2 for $3 so if you still have those coupons for one $1 off when buy it 4 and also there is another coupon for get free Hamburger buns when you buy four Campbell products it comes to 1.25 per can of soup plus 15%

Only thing that looks like it has potential for next week is a BOGO on Arm & Hammer toothpaste. No Price is Given. There used to be coupons out there but I haven't seen any lately.

There's an excellent Friday only special on Sponge Towels @ $3.99 especially if you have coupons.

I picked up 157 AMs today on a $55 spend after $8.50 in coupons.

Hi Bob, managed to do about the same twice this week, loading up on Europe's Best fruits (I knowSDM had it for less, but I HAVE to reload those AM's). Managed to avoid those other Bonus AM's by NOT buying the Lay's chips and/or Ice cream, both of which of course, aren't good for my waistline (or anyone elses' of course). Late last night, was watch a documentary on the food industry, it was fascinating how they goose up sales of certain products (like chips, ice cream, pop, cookies, pizzas, etc.) that people might only buy one of during a normal visit, but could be prompted somewhat easily (with AM when you buy 3 ice cream, or 4 Lay's chips) to buy much more with an added incentive...will have to watch the fliers with a jaundiced eye now, to see which "expandable sales" items include AM's...glad to see they made an exception with the fruit this week!!

Used a $5 Entertainment coupon towards the fruit, etc. Virtually hit $50 so it basically knocks the price to $4.49 with the AMs taking it to $3.44.

Best I've seen it elsewhere is $3.99 (but not for awhile) so basically $1.65 ($3 x $0.55 difference) free money for me.

I'll have to check the flyer again (it's in my car) but I believe it's a Friday only special on 6 rolls with a limit of 2 or 4.

Actually, it's $3.49 each on 6 Rolls Household limit of 2. NOTE: to get more than 2 you have to do a repeat shop with a different Club Card.

Tresemme is 2 for $5. Print is too small for me to read but I think it's the larger sized bottles which if my coupons are still good is excellent.

Pork Side Ribs @ $1.99/lb (4 package limit) looks OK to me (My friends say I make the best ribs on the planet and I don't use a tomato based sauce). Sounds like rib time!

Nothing else in the Friday specials looks interesting to me.
