search in canadian coupon trading does not work

Last night, I tried to do a search on the canadian coupon trading database and got this message :

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) in /home/sites/sc/forum.smartcanucks.ca/dbconnect.php on line 3
I cannot connect to the database because: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

I tried again this morning and got the same response.

Can someone tell me is this is related to my computer or its site related.
