not sure if i will feel like eating dinner, too sick but breakfast was a waffle with cream cheese and an orange and lunch was zucchini sauteed with garlic and added to scrambled eggs and of course lots of peppermint tea. BF will have homemade chicken strips, smashed potatoes with bacon and cheese and whatever veggie I decide to make.

I am still trying to make a great GF pizza dough. Pizza Pizza was expensive, but good. So far I have tried Bob's Red Mill GF pizza dough mix, I rate it a 5/10 ( just didn't sit well with me, tasted too yeasty)
Then at the Bulk Barn I went in with a list of GF flours to buy for a recipe and lo and behold they had a bin of GF pizza dough mix! I made 2 last night, but sadly I rate it 7/10...we will eat them, but still something not great about it.

So tonight it might be the GF sweet potato chips and hummus for dinner, lol

Is there such a thing as GF greek pitas? I love greek pitas for an easy thin-crust pizza.

Tonight we're going all out and having a yummy (read high calorie) meal of homemade lasagne (a thank you for my fiance getting my ring from the drain last weekend), garlic toast and a side Caesar salad - oh the calories, but I cannot wait

Last night was BBQ burgers - both beef and chicken. Really liked Jane's ultimate sublime chicken burger, but it was huge! Had that, and half a beef burger.

Last night it was porkchops, sweet potatoes and garlic bread over at my bestie's house. Tonight it's at my boyfriend's parents' so I'm guessing some pasta, home made sauce, and some rapini! Oh and the birthday cake for his sister's bday!
