wow that sucks , i used to live just down the road from there .. hopefully everyone is ok , a building can be replaced but people can't .. i just ordered my USB stick 5 mins before i read that article , i'll take the shipping delay now for sure ..
on their website it says the following
"Please note that Chapman's Ice Cream will be conducting business as usual. Thank you for your continued support, it is important to us as we move forward".
That's a shame about the fire. :frown:
we were in owen sound for a night yesterday and saw the smoke clouds on our way back , now we know what happened . so sorry to hear that
I can't believe it, this is the first I've seen of it. Nothing on either news channels :( how awful thank goodness no one was hurt.
saw this on the news. said all employees where ok. good to hear.

I am still collecting points - while we may wish to give the company a break for now and avoid ordering a lot of prizes, they lost their plant but not their distribution centre.Quote:

Definately we do need to support them. I went out and bought one tub and two boxes of super cones.... of course its an awesome way to show support..... I love icecream

I received my prize today (Adult t-shirt), i thought i wouldn't receive it cause of the fire :( i was surprised. Did any of you get yours?
was very sad to hear about the fire.. I'm still collecting my points but i guess i'll hold off a little before ordering anything
