Did your son ordered it with his points? Or did he request for it (1 per household)? You only get the "Congratulations you won a prize" if your son ordered it with point. You should contact them to reimburse the points if you didn't get the prize or tell them to re-send the prize again.

It was supposed to be a prize! He's ordered 2 coupons now, so I'll see if both come in the next envelope.
