What do you use these for?? :shrug:

These are bracelets!
Kids love to wear multiples of them on their wrists with assorted colours!
Silly bandz are actually one of those "in" things now so if you are planning to get them for your kids, you should do it! :)
Edit: some older kids hang these on their keys/backpacks etc.

Kids also use them as hair elastics now and bunch different colors together then wrap around ponytail.

My daughter LOVED these when they first came out! Too bad she says they're not 'cool' anymore. I bet if I get order a pack they might all of a sudden become cool again!
