    Has anyone redeemed their points for the coupon this year and received it? We got our "free" coupon in February, but have since redeemed points for the coupon and still haven't got them. 3 different accounts have ordered the coupon along with other items between Feb 18-Mar 20 and we haven't got anything. Even more concerning is the order placed Feb 18 (coupon & t-shirt) no longer shows in the Claimed Prizes history. I filled out the Contact Us form about 2 weeks ago, and never heard back. I don't want to bother them too much about it, because they are a great Canadian company and running this great program for free.

    Hi all. Chapman's has updated the quiz for June and the correct answer is 2. It is the last option on the list. Now if only they would update the rewards....

    I have a question for those of you who received coupons recently. What is the expiry date? Is it still dec. 2015 or later?

    Finally got almost all our orders today. The kids are so pleased with their "loot" They also replied to let me know the missing order with t-shirt is held up because they ran out of stock and then had a printing issue with the shirts. They hope to send it out soon. What a great company & program!!

    it is sad that they take a lot of time to send us 'free' things,
    and of course seem to take a long while to answer emails, if ever,
