Did everyone get the $1 Chapman's Kids product coupon without requesting it?
Got mine in the mail today. I requested the annual $4 off coupon in May, but haven't received it yet. Wondering if the $1 kids coupon is replacing it for the remainder of the year? Curious!

No, the $1.00 coupon was just sent out as a promotional coupon for the new kid's products. I received it the day after I got one of the $4.00 coupons. I think that the $1.00 coupon can only be used on items that have 'kids' marked on the packaging. They are new flavours aimed at the kid's market. I noticed some this weekend in a Foodland grocery store, but I just bought a ton of gelato on sale with the $4.00 coupons. My dh really likes 'free' gelato!

I am having trouble ordering prizes. It get to the confirmation page, but does not continue to the prize confirmation page. I order some little notebooks on another account with no trouble. I have asked chapmans, on their 'help' section, but no response yet. Anyone else having this issue?

@olivercat both of my nieces are having trouble redeeming their prizes (one of them also doesn't get points for playing games .. she gets message that she reached her daily limit) for a month now. Contacted them twice, left messages but never heard back. :-( very poor tech support.

Any chance your niece has a lot of points? We discovered this week that the maximum points allowed on a account is 30,000 after getting the daily allowed message for a couple of days. Once my dh ordered some prizes he could earn points again.
We had some problems with the "Guardian Checkout" when the new site first launched, but I contacted them through the Contact Us form, and they replied within a week and corrected it. Hope your problems are solved soon.

One of them has 30,000 points now but problem is she couldn't redeem for anything even when she had less points. She would click Confirm button but it won't go any further. I contacted Chapman's twice now and left messages but no one returned the calls yet. I might try contacting them through the Contact Us form this time. Hopefully it will be fixed.

My daughter also had the same problem. Tried to contact them via the Contact Us form, never heard back. I decided to read the Terms one more time, and saw, that the person who had the account must be at least 13 years old, OR if its a smaller kid, they have to receive the parents approve right after the registration (something like that, I'm not fluent in English). No idea how to send this approvement, so I just changed the year of birth to my daughter and I was able to redeem right away

@p4eli4ka , thank you very much for the good advice .. we input my sister's birthday instead of my niece who is 12 year old; then she tried to redeem again and it worked this time. After that she tried to play again and she got the points . I guess after recent changes my both nieces weren't able to redeem their points as their accounts weren't confirmed by guardians but they never received any emails asking to do that.
Anyway, thank you once again .. @olivercat maybe try changing the year and see if that will work / help as it worked for us.
