p4eli4ka, thank you very much for the good advice :flowers: .. we input my sister's birthday instead of my niece who is 12 year old; then she tried to redeem again and it worked this time. After that she tried to play again and she got the points :top:. I guess after recent changes my both nieces weren't able to redeem their points as their accounts weren't confirmed by guardians but they never received any emails asking to do that.
Anyway, thank you once again .. @
olivercat maybe try changing the year and see if that will work / help as it worked for us. :-)
