I just told my kids what happened they were sad about people lossing their jobs and the family lossing their business. they are all under the age of 10 and asked if they can still play the games on the website and give back what they won, to help the people out. so cute brought tears to my eyes the way they said it

Very sad. I feel horrible that we have been complaining about lost prizes and the tornado hit them in August causing $2M in damages and now this.
I will continue to support them and tell others to do the same. It is a great Cdn company, I am proud to buy their products.

Hopefully they get a State of the Art New facility from their Insurance company.

That is really sad! They are such a good company who treats their customers amazingly. I hope they can get some support through this!

I just heard today and was wondering if people knew if they are still getting emails people send despite the place being lost? I will definitely email them and continue to support them in what ever way possible. I was wondering-there obviously won't be any Chapman's products on the store shelves tho if it is burned down right and they can't make any? I LOOOVE their ice cream! I will support them in whatever way I can tho!

I will totally buy more Chapmans when I can and tell all my friends to do the same! Let's have an ice cream party! They can probably use the financial support right now huh?

I heard the news also last night. It is terrible! I wonder how long it will take to rebuild, and how much inventory they have. We only buy Chapmans as my son has a nut allergy, so that is the only ice cream that is nut free (that we like anyway). This is a great company, that donates to charities often. I emailed them about a silent suction that out local Humane Society is having and they sent me a big box of gifts for the auction. How generous!

I would think they can still get emails - their website is still operational and I'm sure they have the ability to get email offsite.
Hopefully, their insurance is adequate to help them get re-started!
As for product availability - it's hard to say - perhaps they have some offsite warehouses????
