Just create an account for freebies and coupons and only use it for these things. Companies use FB as a marketing tool, so these types of coupons and freebies will continue.

Thats what i did. I created a Facebook page just for coupons and freebies. I dont friend anyone not do i chat or put things on my wall. Strictly for coupons and freebies.
