I tired the vanilla one with the FPC. I didn't like the taste alone but it wasn't bad mixed with fruit. Not something I would buy all the time

I LOVE the 0% fat plain and the vanilla. So happy I was able to trade for a few.

I eat greek yoghurt often! Liberte is probably my least favourite taste wise (I always get the 0% greek yoghurts). Personally, I find the President's Choice to be the best, my second favourite is the Krema, and then Oikos and then Liberte...

Like most have said, I liked it, but I wouldn't spend money on it. Between the three types that I've tried, I liked blueberry the most

I had my fpc blueberry tub in one sitting. Loved it!!! The texture is supposed to be like that though, I don't like the watery ones that are all sugar or artificial sweetener which is like 99% of the yogurt aisle. I can't afford a 6.99 tub of yogurt though Would buy it on sale.

Yes, highly caloric & fatty, like a rich dessert, not the usual healthy yoghurt I eat. The best flavour I tried from the FPCs was mocha. (tried strawberry & blueberry.)

The trick is to buy plain Greek yoghurt and add your own fruit or honey. Mango and orange are both lovely and don't require added honey. Fresh strawberries (from farmer, not grocery store) are also lovely. Avoid frozen fruit. We also use canteloupe, blueberries, honeydew, apples, grapefruit. Least successful fruit in my experience is pears. Blech. The pre-flavoured yoghurts tend to have lots of sugar and, let's face it, artificial flavouring. The protein in Greek yoghurt also gets you from brekkie straight through to lunch.

I hope no one minds, but the Liberte greek yogurt is not available in lemon or mocha. Didn't want anyone to go on a wild greek yogurt chase with your FPC(s).

@ Karabana - go ahead and enjoy this product. Extremely healthy, it's 0% fat and only 100 calories per serving and has twice the protein of regular yogurt. You can check out the comparision to other greek yogurts on the Liberte website. It's quite interesting. But, you are right, tastes like a rich dessert.

I love this yogurt, sad that the FPCs have some to an end. My favourites in order are date & fig, wild blueberry and mango & orange.

OP, I found the strawberry one ho-hum.

Best buy around is plain Liberti double pack at Costco. Then when you pour out the amount you want add your favourite jam(especially if you make your own freezer jam) and stir in , delicious.

Um, Liberte greek yogurt is available in lemon and moka. I'm on my 2nd moka FPC tub. At 3/4 cup for 230 calories, and 13 grams of fat, it is highly caloric & fatty. As I said, compared to my usual 35 calories (& 0 fat) for 100 g yogourt, that's a lot.
