Thats because people have jumped the gun and Garnier has not posted its live yet , they have posted on many comments on their facebook page they are working on the kinks and when its working as intented and live they will post it , some people might still luck out and get it so either keep trying or wait for the annoucement lol .

It's really slow, you have to wait minutes and minutes between each step, but they do eventually load.
