Not sure what I will make tonight that could compare lol
    That sounds amazing, harbie!

Do you think your mil would have thought you were nutsy-coo-coo if you had hauled out a camera and taken a picture?

    $2.88 Ristorante pizza :D.

DH's Aunt and uncle are coming to stay with us for a little while before they move back to the UK so I'm busy getting ready for their arrival. Making Butter chicken and a chicken curry for dinners when they are here and baking cookies, brownies, and muffins too.

Homemade pizza! I have a ton of little dough balls from my mom of pizza dough. It's large enough to make an individual pizza with. Went out and got eggplant, onion, red pepper, and mushrooms for it. It was pretty amazing!

never thought of egg-plant on pizza...do you need to soak it in salt water first or not?

neither Mr P or I were very hungry tonight so I made a simple veggie omlette for us. the brood had croissants, cheese, meat, chips, veggies and dips.

Nope I just sliced it up and put it on top...I took a pic to send my mom to show her the pizza dough was much appreciated and that I would like more when she comes back this way to get my sister at Christmas time I forgot to do it before I started eating because I was starving so yeah there is a piece missing LOL! Oh and I didn't burn it...The light in my place just sucks and the pic came out super dark My mom was like did you burn the pizza??? I also sort of ran out of cheese Never thought about buying any when I was out so had to use the little bit I had left in the fridge and it wasn't enough for me since I'm a cheese lover LOL!

everyone has been left to their own devices for food this week, there was enough cooked up last w/e for them to survive on, lol.
This w/e we are doing a family peeling ,chopping and preparing sort of thing to make ahead the meals again. Think I should send them each a Memo soon??
