What Stores have Cascade Paper Towels (FPC ones) in Saskatoon?

Anyone know what stores have these Cascade towels in stock in Saskatoon?

And do any of them, not charge the tax with the FPC?

Just a note about the tax...
unless the paper towels cost more than 3.19, the tax should be included.
For example: at LD they cost 1.99 [shelf price]. Because the coupon says max price of 3.19, and "applicable taxes included in face value", the coupon is rung in at 1.23, so the total bill=$0.00
However, not every associate realizes this, so it sometimes needs to be brought to their attention.

At one store I went to they rang the paper towel through tax free... which made me pay the right amount (0.00) but the govt didn't get their share [that they should have]

Thanks maxine204, ninamaryjoe and myguppy. LOL I was just at Safeway - I should have looked. I meant to check at London Drugs again - I've only seen the big 6? pack there so far.
