The winner of a $10 donation (rounded up) to the Cancer Society is...................Erinsmom (who gave each rider an average of $6.39)

I will also be submitting $8 in Coyote's name through donations sent to her!!

That’s terrible news! I know there isn’t really a “good” kind of cancer, but I was always under the impression the melanoma was the kind that you had a greater chance of recovering from. Cancer just sucks.

There are many forms of skin cancer that are easily treated as they are contained to the area of skin affected, but melanoma is the nasty one! With malignant melanoma it can spread very quickly to internal organs. My friend had metastasis to liver, lungs & brain. Sunscreen ladies!!!!
