After much searching have found out it is in Canada too!

It has been very hard to find out any info about this sale, there are the ads on tv and you tube but had to wait for a reply from old navy to know for sure it was also in Canada

Not sure about the deal that OP mentioned buy there are lots of fleece oodies and jackets for around that price online already. And yes the current 25%off can be comibed with that. Is these the kind of Fleece you are taking about as i have not seen the advertisement:

Also i oredered some fleece hoodies for both DS and DH on reduced from $19.99 to $10 and plus 25% off made them $7.50.

Went to Old Navy today and got 2 of the fleece jackets for the kids. $15 each

Also got a fleece zip up jacket for myself on sale for $12
and fleece hoodie and pants for DD $10 each
and 3 thermal long sleeve tees for myself $10 each.
used the 25 % discount and paid $7.50 for everything that was $10 and $11.25 for the jackets even though you where not meant to get any further discounts on the 1 day wonder fleece jackets !
