I have the same problem. I live in a townhouse complex in Langley and haven't gotten inserts in 6 months. We have a bin where the papers are left. At first someone was stealing the inserts right after the papers were delivered, then it seemed the papers were being stolen, now I don't think the carrier is even delivering all the papers they are supposed to. Pi$$es me off . . . Calls to the paper have changed nothing.
