    Ok I just got some samples in the mail for this, and wow all I have to say is it really works!! I took 2 pills (they taste soo yummy) anyways I took 2 pills before I ate half hour before and than as the half hour went on, I wasn't even hungry! I felt soo full and didn't even eat anything except for some celery and peanut butter... I love it!!! You have to try it if you haven't yet. The only thing is, is your system has to get to know the pill, it will start working after 2 or 3 try's = 4 to 6 pills.
