There are a couple of not bad ones despite the reduced AMs. Several can be augmented with coupons and there are various ways to play this week. I know I have a small plan. How 'bout you?

Which line? Did you use any AMs to subsidize part of your trip?

Thanks for the analysis Bob.I too will be using 5 of my FPC's from the Mini-Wheats recall to buy the 5 get100AM's.Also the Barilla pasta looks good with the .75 coupon that came in the latest SS. Also will us my $10 wus $10. And I will pick up another $20 worth of stuff for the MIR. Probably granola bars again. With 3 kids we go through alot. They take them each day for snack time at school. But that's probably it for me this week

    Strategy this week will involve:

    1. Hoping there's a B$100G100 coupon.

    2. Safeway donated a $100 GC to our Movember fundraising event.

    3. Will use the GC towards the event goodies.

    4. Have a B$75G$10 coupon to extend it

    5. Will buy the $20 worth of Tostitos for the event getting a further $10 extension (and AMs).

    6. Possibly use a B$50G$5 from the new Entertainment Books if valid at this time to extend it even more.

Today I got some of those personalized Safeway coupons in the mail. One of them was for the granola bars that are on this week. Buy 2 get 20 or buy 4 get 50AM. Same deal for old dutch chips. There was also one for Tropicana juice. Buy one 1.75L get 20 AM. I'm pretty happy with the bunch I got this time.

We were on a 14 night "Caribbean Escape" on Norwegian Star! It was fantastic! Before the cruise though we spent almost a week in Newfoundland visiting my parent who moved there 3 years ago (we live in Manitoba). Next, a group of 8 of us flew to New York for a few days then sailed out of New York to St. Thomas, Antigua, Barbados, Curacao, Aruba & Cozumel. The cruise ended in New Orleans so we stayed there for a few days as well! It was our first cruise and it definitely won't be our last!

I used air miles for all of our flights and the money I saved using coupons (yes, I religiously socked it away every time I used a coupon for 1 1/2 years) paid for the flight taxes and hotels in New York and New Orleans and some of our spending money.

We are now looking at taking a Panama Canal cruise with Norwegian either Oct/13 or Feb 14. Better get those coupons out!!!

I got my personalized AM's coupons too. So excited as I didn't get them last time around All of them are great except the Oatmeal one.I always get it but I have never bought it. I also got the granola bars buy2got20 as well. So will be using that coupon along with the MIR etc. It should be a good shop.

We haven't had any luck tracking down the MIRs - would anyone have any extras they'd be willing to part with (I'd love 1-3, and could trade for stamps). We have three kids under six, so we can never have too many granola bars . Thanks
