I didn't end up having that warm garlic dill potato salad last night since my dad took us out for supper when we took my sister back to school. So I went to the grocery store after work and bought my can of tuna so that I could do my breadcrumb crusted tuna cakes with the potato salad

So Darth how much asparagus do you cram into that soup? C'mon! I'm kinda bored and having fun picking on the missing letter in your post.
So I guess I am stuck on the Quesadilla. Just seems that when I turn onto a food or recipe I eat and eat till I can't look at another one.
Today's was filled with about an ounce of grilled bits of chix breast, sauteed mushrooms, onions, green peppers and layers of spinach and some grated DF cheddar.
A tall glass of Oasis ( no sugar added ) veg/fruit juice. Mmmmm, good.

I pulled out m bean pot today and made a nice pot of Boston baked beans. I haven't made homemade beans in m onths so it was really nice to have some. I made some pork chops and mashed potatoes to go with it, and some cheese and garlic biscuits too
