I download the app for my Ipod touch. Is there a trick to scanning barcodes. I think I'm just missing something. Thanks for any help.

you need just the right amount of light to use the ipod touch. the app is made for iphone and its camera is alot better. Try scanning during the day with sunlight and the light on in the room aswell. I have both the iphone and ipod and once it gets dark I dont even bother trying to scan with the ipod because it rarely works. Also sometimes it takes a couple of seconds to register the bar code just hold the camera still over the code and make sure its a clear as possible.

Yep, it's not on mine either. I've already redeemed for the $15 Cara restaurant giftcard and subway was going to be my next one. Maybe I'll do starbucks instead?

This app is taking a turn for the worse already (I think we all knew it was too good to be true!). Up until today, anything scanned was earning 2 points per item. Today it is 1 point for everything.

Oh, I see! I didn't realize that. I just joined earlier this week. Oh well, it was nice to get 2 points while it lasted. I love that lottery thing though - got 50 pts and 36 pts today for that!

Someone posted on facebook today that the Fresh points website is coming up account suspended!! Hope this is just some sort of glitch!
