Thread: Didn't know Costco did SCOPs but they do :)

    Went to Costco today and found Ceptaphil was on sale for 15.99 regular 19.99 so i bought some for my daughter got the receipt and noticed the wrong price. Talked to the cashier and he pointed out another gentleman and sure enough the sign was wrong. He said he'd refund the difference and i asked if they did SCOPs he said yes and then i had to ask if i could get it? That was a little awkward but he seemed nice after wards... Maybe just me.

    Yes! I saw the sign a couple months ago by the cash and was pleasantly surprised! Never had an issue with a wrong price there...yet

    yeah i once bought 3 cases of waters. i saw a huge sign saying 2.99 for 36 bottles (i think, this was a while back) and I thought it was a great deal. I checked my receipt after i left and I was charged 5.99 each. I came in and without needing to mention it, I was scoped on one, and refunded difference on the others. It was hassle free! I was shocked.

    I could have gotten a FREE TOASTER LAST TIME. But nope! They just adjusted the price..didn't know they did SCOP!

    Me neither. The manager just said he would do price adjust " no problems ". Then i asked do you do Scaning code of Practice, he says " ya " thats it. I asked well can i get that then oh ok was the answer...lol . Felt a little awkward.
