Last night, had pork souvlaki kebabs with sauteed onions, celery, carrots, and mushrooms mixed in rice.
For today, son requested breakfast for supper, so we'll have bacon, hashbrowns, beans, and eggs - not sure of what style eggs yet.

I'm going to go for Chinese brunch buffet. One side of the buffet is Chinese food and the other is breakfast like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes etc. Dinner I think I'll have a couple burgers and spinach salad. I'm off work tonight and thank god because it was a crazy night at work. I spilled paint all over the floor and on myself lol dumb ass. but not just me everyone was extra busy. On my way out I bought a few things to drink and some chips for tonight and some of the grocery side night crew were still working. One of them smiled at me, laughed and said am I ever gonna get outta here.

We don't need to be rich, don't need to be famous just to have a good time!

Yeah I know..I only go there once and a while. I usually go to the indian buffet if I want a buffet which has way less fried foods. Mostly butter chicken and stuff like that.

last night we went out to dinner to Wimpys. We really like it there...breakfast all day. i had a mushroom omlette, dd1 had pancakes, dd2 had scrambled eggs with sausages, dh didn't want breakfast (what a team player hehe) he had a philly cheese steak.
tonight i'm going to BBQ bonless skinless chicken breasts in a snowstorm (gah), baked potatoes, ceasar salad and some asparagus. maybe it'll make us think of summer.
When life hands you lemons, make a lemon pie... lemonade will be all like WTH?!?

Another big Sunday night dinner, Roast Beef (thank you Superstore for the great price), mashed potatoes, gravy, candied acorn squash and mixed steam veggies. As I type this I am thinking I should have made some homemade bread, oh well too late now. Roast is big enough it will give me left overs to make sandwiches for the week.

Tonight I made bowtie pasta with "hot" sausages covered in Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese sauce. Added some marble shredded cheese and a side of garlic bread!
