I tryed to use My $10.00 off coupons today at shoppers and they woulnt let me cuz the body wash is not in the picture :( Grrr What does the picture have to do with it any way ??? Do they expect every Olay product to fit on the coupon?? Could you imagine Our coupons would be the size of a loose leaf paper ( lol Id better get a bigger purse )
Some clerks don't have a clue! I've had that happen and then had to read them the printed text on the coupon and explain things to them. I don't have my coupon handy but if it says $10 off on any three Olay products that would include the body wash. Dumb clerk. LOL

I had the same point - how are they gonna fit every olay product in the picture. But she wouldn't take it anyway, even talked to supervisor who also said no. Grrrr!

Lately I found SDM's service is worse than before. Managers normally support their employee on things.
