I am with the others... maybe $5.00 at the most, not enough for me to notice really. I think I have mentioned that I have other electricity junkies in my house (i.e. FIL), so it is hard to tell. It was new when we bought it. And very much worth the investment.

You know that moment when your dog tells you that he needs to go, but he is still too young to be let outside unsupervised, and you are in your pj's, so you run into your room, grab the first thing you can, to get dressed for the cold morning, only to find to find as you are standing outside: you have your jeans on from a year ago, that you had buried in the bottom of your drawer, because they were too snug, because they didn't fit... BUT NOW THEY DO!!!!
Yeah.... it was a good morning!

I haven't done mine yet as I don't have the flyer yet. But I'm thinking I might make tuna casserole (http://onceamonthmom.com/lighter-tuna-noodle-casserole/) using the cream of mushroom soup I made and froze. I think we'll have pea soup (in the slow cooker) and maybe omelettes using the leftover ham from this week.
This kids are home this week and next for march break, so I'm going to have to get creative with lunches. Lots of leftovers I think. I might make a chicken soup in the slowcooker one day for lunch.

Oh and I think I'll make this (http://onceamonthmom.com/apple-pie-pork-chops/) One to eat and one or two for the freezer.

We do not meal plan anymore, we used too but than we keep running into days where mom did not feel like what we were supposed to have (some days even after I started making it) than we went to planning out meals but no assigning days, that did not last long either as before I knew it, it was none of that really appeals to me so we stopped.
Now she texts me daily asking me what I want for dinner and get really super annoyed when I say I don't know, I am thinking, I have no clue.
This can also become an issue with our grocery bill as well as we will buy something and than it doesn't appeal to her anymore once we get it home or it looked better in the store which means it does not get eaten and it never fails it is always something I do not eat. I stop buying "treats" for awhile trying to prove my point and it seems to be helping or now I make her pay for these things so than if they get thrown out I have to be like so be it. I think she got my point when she asked me to put mangos on the list and asked why I threw out the last two we bought or when she wanted pineapple and I asked why so it can come to die in our house.

We are having a clean out the fridge day today.
For lunch: All the veggies in the crisper (cucumber, carrots, celery) with dip.
Left over hot dogs and buns so those are in the pot and boiling up.
Sadly the grapes are dead so they went in the trash.
I had the left over turkey salad (from last week's turkey) and the rest of the romaine is going into a small salad.
What have you thrown out this week? I hate tossing food
