As for Mcdonals in our city we have 4 restaurants.And 2 of them allow one refill the others 2 ones are self serving unlimited

The VERY bottom of the page, 2012-2013 is the footer for ALL pages. (Pick any page of the site, the same footer is there)

However the content of the "frame" that is showing the Dollar Drink Days shows (c) 2012 -- in the matching blue text and font of the rest of the promotion details.

The fact is, the promo isn't live, and hasn't been announced. I would hate someone to run to McDonald's expecting a deal that doesn't exist.
