I posted my sw brag yesterday and I'd like to thank all of you who have so patiently been answering my am questions and posting awesome deals. It's a team effort! A year ago I thought people were nuts to shop at sw, what an eye opener this post has been!

    http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/351001-...3/#post5404697

update: received 10 mor cereal fpc's and the coffee coups are starting to show up. Does anyone know what a good price for the folders is, the large size with the pins? I've never bought it before.

    Potential double dip.

Was just gasing up at Shell and noticed a sign on the pump:

5 cents/liter off with the purchase of 2 Ultra Plus car washes (details inside store)

Went in to check it out but there was a line so I didn't stay.

At the same time I remember the last mail out included a B3G75 (????) on Ultra Plus washes.

    Possibility??????

Here's my long brag...I hope it's understandable! It all started in May when SW had an awesome airmiles deal on Kellogg's cereals. I had just started using AM's and I LOVE the math that Operabob does in his post...he posted:

    Kellogg's Event B6G100:

    Assorted 3.33/1.58

which means the value of the AM's makes the cereal cost $1.58 (if you use AM's for cash at Shell)...I had, just about to expire the awesome $2.00 off Vector coupons I had been trading for the last few months. Which means....they were going to PAY ME to take the cereal!! Woohoo! The awesome people at SW ordered me in the amount I needed and I realized that the All Bran was also on sale! Again...wooohooo!! I love Allbran (ya..that does say something about me...hehe) and I had been collecting the $2.00 off any Allbran coupon for months. And again, SW ordered me in the quantity I needed. The result was this (multiple trips):

    Yummmm....kelloggs cereal....

    36 Vector
    46 All-bran
6 boxes misc kelloggs cereal (corn pops/fruit loops/krave)

annnnd....on all those boxes I got:

20 Vector workout shirt pins (10 blue shirts)
    52 SYB pins
6sih Kelloggs workout shirt pins (3 red tanks)

and 1400 AMS = $147.68 in Shell cash, I only paid about $130 in cash at SW for the kelloggs, which for me means FREE plus!

I was deliriously happy with my kelloggs deal, fondling it regularly and trying not to talk too much about it with my non-coupon friends. I ordered about half and half cereal and coffee coupons with the SYB pins...and here is where it gets a little crazzzzzzzyyy....

I got 30 FPCs from the SYB pins in the mail for Kellogg's raspberry mini-wheats and so I merrily went to our SW store when I saw that there was a B2G2 Kelloggs event on last week....I picked up:

    30 Kelloggs mini-wheats
30 Various kelloggs.....but wait....these have SYB pins on them!!!!

so the saga will continue once the coffee FPCs arrive for hopefully, fingers crossed, the Folgers deal, and the next pins get entered...

so far I'm about 146 boxes of free cereal and loads of pins left over...I'm losing track of how many I've gotten so it might even be more!

Don't hate me....I did donate a good portion of it...after admiring it ALOT!!!

    J

PS. for all those who think SW is overpriced....well...all this free cereal speaks for itself. Also, I have to say SW goes above and beyond in customer service... I heart you SW!!!!
    ROTFLMAO! Gotta Luv It!!!!!!!!

    Way to go Jezz!!!!!!!

    Jezz,

    Guess what!

    Kellogg's Mini-Wheats are B5G100 this week.

Unfortunately it's the large sizes which don't work for the FPCs!

    Still ROTFLMAO!

I have a lot of fpc's coming (and at least 30 more to enter) I think I might be able to do an am deal too before the September expiry. Even I think it's getting a little ridiculous! But how can you say no to free! Apparently I can't....

    OK Jezz,

You want math. I'll give you math!!!!

One of the better offers next week will be a B5G50 on Special K Crackers at $2.50/$1.45

However, if you have any $0.50 coupons it becomes $2.00/0.95

5 would then cost $10 and as part of the B$100G100 you'ld pick up an extra 10 AMs on 5 boxes or 2 AMs/box knocking a further $0.21 off each box making them:

    $2.00/0.74

If you can use a B$50G$5 Entertainment Book coupon and buy exactly $105 worth you'd take off almost exactly 5% more making each box:

    $1.90/0.64

    Head swimming yet!

PS: Wally World, that supposed cheaper place to shop sells the Special K Chips for $2.97.

Thrifty's has 1 lb strawberries on for $1.

    That'd be $2 for 2lb vs. Safeway's $3.79.
