    Do you try to submit the ticket with the option "You complete the survey, but not getting credit"?

    "Opened" means you open the survey. However, after you try to submit the ticket with the above option, the PL will tell you more. If it tells you something like "you seems already been credited, please wait for 24 hours. If you still not receive credit after 24 hours, please use the 'Others' option to report the problem", most likely SB has problem to receive the credit from PL. Normally, once you complete the survey, you should see the status either "Credited" or "Disqualified"

    Yes, it is long survey for 2sb... I believe if you say that you are not using mobile phone, it will be faster..

    I am not having good luck today on sb. I just completed a 118sb TS on RBC banking. It confirmed that I had completed the survey (I did a couple of screen shots along the way). Then the page took a long time and eventually errored out. I checked and have not been credited for the survey. The survey claimed that it would take 25min to complete, but it took me 45min! Here I go again...sending another support ticket. I won't hold my breath. Next week I plan on following up on a survey that they told me to wait weeks for crediting before contacting them again about it. *sigh* SB instantly reminded me to wait 48hrs before they want me to send in a ticket for it.

    Oh man. I am so upset. I just did a TS banking survey and went to submit and it errored so I got nothing. I took screen shots of it so will have to send a ticket. What a bummer.

    According to FB, members were saying that they are upgrading the TS. Probably it is the reason you get error when you submit the survey.
