So I got an email today offering 50 AM's for test driving a GMC/Chevy product...anyone feel bad about going down, test driving a car, and walking away??

I know Safeway isn't involved in this, but since this is the de facto AM forum, I'd figure I'd ask...

I wouldn't - they put the offer out there for consumers to use, it's your choice what you do after you take the test drive - walk away or contemplate a purchase of a Chevy/GMC vehicle...

I know it's not the same thing, but you don't even need to go thru the main SmartCanucks page to find this thread -- you can create a bookmark in your browser to immediately open the latest page of the thread. That way it's just a click away instead of navigating your way thru several pages to get here.

If you look in your browser address bar right now you'll see the url ends with a number, something like 476. That's the page number. Right now this is the last page of the thread but of course after a few more posts it won't be. The trick is to bookmark page 9999 (or some other large number) and the forum software will automatically change the url and take you to the latest page.

Easiest way is to just bookmark any page on this thread, then edit the bookmark and change the number to 9999.

Hope that makes sense. If you use Internet Explorer bookmarks are called favorites.
Thanks, emax! This is very helpful on a number of forums I follow.

BTW: Did anyone check to see if the FPCs on the Mini-Wheats Strawberry Centres were good for this week's B5G100 offer.

At least one MW Centres was eligible but I didn't see it marked for the strawberry in my store.

Interesting article--the little red Safeway cards are collecting a lot of information--which could be why the AM coupon offers we get in snail mail are always something good!!

I expected this week to be pretty stale on AM offers. I looked at last years long weekend flyer and it was weak so I expected the same this year.

Also, make sure you get yourselves checked guys. I can tell you from personal experience just how important it is. A year and half ago it looked like I had/have PC. So far the tests indicate it's benign but I'm on a watch list and if it changes!!!! Well if they catch it early it's highly treatable and even curable so GET TESTED!

Thanks, Bob, I noticed them last night but I think I'm going to build up my airmiles towards another flight, assuming I can get 40% off like I did for my upcoming trip.

    Henkel Event B3G10 & B6G40:

    Dial BW/Got2B 3.99/3.64/3.29

    Right GUard/Dry Idea 2.49/2.14/1.79

    Dial Soap 2.50/2.15/1.80

    Dial Lotion 4.99/4.64/4.29

    Fa Foam Bath 6.99/6.64/6.29

There $1 and $2 coupons for Dial in one of the inserts (exp June 23). Makes it a better deal for some.

Just in Safeway. The BOGO on Herbal Essence is on the large 700ml size @ $7.99. Works out to $2 each equivalent on 350ml size. If you use a B2G$3.50 coupon then 2 will cost $4.49 total or about $1.13/350ml.

    However, there's a B3G10 on the 350ml size @ 3.69 each. Use B2G$3.50 coupons then 2 will cost a total of $6.38 -$3.50 = $2.88/2 = $1.44 each. Subtract $0.35 AMs each and it's $1.09 each.

This is only a very slight difference unless you use the AMs for flights.
